What makes an Entrepreneur tick?

There is no simple answer. Many times they don’t even know it themselves.

The process of defining and verbalizing an objective for the actual fundamental purpose of the operation is many times just as tricky as it is imperative for a successful strategy process.

First when a true Objective is formalized there is a meaning in mapping the Strategic Options and the Tactical Intiatives to take.

SO,WHAT DO WE DO?

Since there is no given Objective, we don’t apply any standardized from-the-shelf models and solutions.

We do, however, know our Entrepreneurs quite well. We understand their history, we know how the stress on a growing business effects both the professional and the private life, if there still is the possibility to make difference.

We know what questions to ask.

We know what support will make real change and not only temporarily stall the symptoms.

We know how you can find back to the fun and satisfaction that made you start in the first place and make you exploit what you are best at.

And knowing why.

AND HOW

Normally we meet regularly, at your place.

We discuss, we draw on the white board and we challenge the situation from an out-side-in objective oriented perspective.

We define a number of tasks needed for keeping up momentum in our Tactical Initiatives and review them as we go along. We part and allow ourselves to focus on what we are best at and have at hand.

And then we meet again...

CHANGE

Whatever the reason is for you reading this. And whatever the solution may be.

It will demand Change.

Change is a struggle and it puts a lot of stress on the people and the Organization.

Thus it takes a lot of energy and resources to accomplish any substantial sustainable change.

We are not really interested in creating something that collects dust in a book shelf. Honestly, you might even challenge to call it a Business Plan at all. But we still do it because we believe in a learning process were we collect our thoughts and learnings about the business over time. One initiative may lead to another. A business opportunity may occur that needs to be taken into consideration. The important thing is; the plan is not the objective, it is a living documentation of our rationales, our learnings and our results.

Things change. Some by our own will and some just do. So our plan changes with it.
